It started with a simple question.
Hi! I’m Serena, the founder of Women Trades Co. and a woman working in the trades.
I wanted to connect with other tradeswomen, find women to hire, and collaborate with people who understood the industry. But when I started searching online, I realized how difficult it was to find them.
There were talented women doing incredible work. What was missing was one central place to discover their businesses and connect.
I kept coming back to one question: What if there was one place where we could all find each other?
That question became Women Trades Co.
What started as a personal need grew into a vision for a directory and community where women could showcase their work, exchange referrals, share knowledge, and build professional relationships.
I believe in the talent, knowledge, and experience women bring to the trades. Sometimes, all we need is a better way to find one another.
